Our units and/or hair is non-refundable/exchangeable. Shipping takes 7-14 business days.

Please choose the correct circumference measurements of your unit before purchasing. Measurements can be taken using a tape measurer. You will only measure the outside of your head in a circular direction.

Your unit will come freshly washed and styled per request. Every two weeks you should care for your unit by washing it with lukewarm water and a co wash of your choice. Air drying is higjly suggested to maintain body in your unit.

For your hair, before usage, washing your hair/lace is highly recommended for a softer look.
